1. Current Android app status
The current Vireos Android app build represented by package com.vireos.base does not include Google Play Billing code. If no subscription product is shown in the app, no Vireos subscription is available for purchase in that build.
If Vireos later offers paid digital content, subscriptions, VIP access, coins, paid episode unlocks, or similar paid digital features in the Android app distributed through Google Play, those purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing unless an applicable Google Play policy exception applies.
2. Subscription terms
When subscriptions are available, the purchase screen will describe:
- The subscription product or entitlement.
- Price and billing period.
- Renewal terms.
- Trial terms, if any.
- Cancellation instructions.
- Any material restrictions or regional limitations.
Your subscription begins when the purchase is confirmed by the payment platform.
3. Renewal
Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically through the payment platform used for purchase. For Google Play purchases, renewal and billing are managed by Google Play.
4. Cancellation
For Google Play subscriptions, cancel through your Google Play account:
- Open Google Play.
- Open Payments & subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select the Vireos subscription.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
Deleting the Vireos app or deleting your Vireos account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
5. Access after cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the payment platform or applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Price changes
If subscription pricing changes, we or the payment platform will provide notice where required. Your rights to accept, reject, or cancel the change depend on the payment platform and applicable law.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Money Back Policy and the payment platform’s rules. For Google Play purchases, refund requests may need to be submitted through Google Play.
