Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to profile names, usernames, biographies, avatars, feedback, reports, support messages, and any other user-submitted content or behavior in Vireos.

1. Be lawful and respectful

Do not use Vireos to submit, promote, or coordinate:

  • Illegal activity.
  • Harassment, threats, bullying, intimidation, or stalking.
  • Hate, dehumanization, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
  • Non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation.
  • Graphic violence, terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions for serious harm.
  • Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.

2. No child sexual abuse or exploitation

Vireos prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, trafficking of children, or any attempt to solicit or distribute exploitative content involving minors.

Report urgent child-safety issues to legal@vireos.net with the subject “Child Safety”.

3. Respect intellectual property

Do not submit avatars, names, text, links, or other content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

Rights holders may use our DMCA and Copyright Policy to report issues.

4. Profile and account rules

Do not use profile fields to:

  • Impersonate another person, company, creator, app, or platform.
  • Mislead users about official status or affiliation.
  • Publish private personal information.
  • Promote external payment methods for Vireos digital content.
  • Link to malware, piracy, adult exploitation, gambling, or other harmful services.

5. Reports and enforcement

Users may report concerns by contacting support@vireos.net. For legal, copyright, privacy, or child-safety issues, contact legal@vireos.net.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report unlawful material, or take other action when we believe these guidelines, our Terms, law, or platform policies have been violated.

6. Appeals

If you believe enforcement was a mistake, contact support@vireos.net with the account email, the action being appealed, and any relevant context.
