3. Service features
Vireos provides short-drama discovery, streaming, account synchronization, favorites, watch history, playback progress, and related features.
Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable due to maintenance, licensing restrictions, regional availability, technical limits, or legal requirements.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Service contains video, images, names, logos, text, software, user interface elements, and other content owned by Vireos, our licensors, or other rights holders.
You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial viewing unless we give you written permission otherwise.
You may not:
- Copy, download, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly perform content unless expressly allowed.
- Circumvent access controls, DRM, geoblocking, paywalls, or technical protections.
- Scrape, crawl, index, or bulk extract the Service.
- Use Vireos branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without permission.
- Upload or submit content that infringes any third-party rights.

5. User content and profile content
If the Service allows you to submit a display name, username, biography, avatar, feedback, report, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Vireos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and use that User Content solely to operate, improve, protect, and support the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content. You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, child-safety standards, law, or platform policies.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, APIs, or data without permission.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or Service except where law expressly allows.
- Introduce malware, automated abuse, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service traffic.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or endanger any person.
- Create, upload, distribute, request, or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
7. Paid features and subscriptions
If Vireos offers paid digital content, subscriptions, VIP access, coins, or similar paid digital features in the Android app distributed through Google Play, those purchases must be processed through Google Play Billing unless an applicable Google Play policy exception applies.

8. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as app stores, payment processors, sign-in providers, support tools, video delivery providers, and websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Account Deletion page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, infringed rights, or used the Service unlawfully.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that every title, episode, feature, recommendation, or entitlement will remain available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, by email, or by updating this page. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
