Money-Back Guarantee

1. When a money-back promise applies

This policy adds to (does not replace) our Terms & Conditions, Subscription Policy, and any mandatory consumer protections in your country. A money-back label appears only when we explicitly offer it on the web checkout screen for a direct purchase from us.

To ask for a refund under that offer you should:

  • Email support@vireos.net within thirty (30) days of the first charge and, if you bought a subscription, before that paid term ends; and
  • Include order identifiers and anything else we reasonably need to confirm eligibility.

Purchases billed by Apple or Google follow those companies’ refund tools. Regional law, taxes, and fraud checks can also affect outcomes.

2. Fees we normally cannot return

Outside the express guarantee above, payments are generally final and non-transferable unless another written policy or statute says otherwise.

EEA / Switzerland shoppers. Statutory withdrawal rights may exist for some remote sales. Immediate delivery of digital goods can shorten or end those rights. For ongoing subscriptions, the law may allow us to keep a share of any refund matching the value you already consumed before you withdrew.

Where withdrawal remains available, you usually have about fourteen (14) days from contract formation (local rules prevail). Send a clear written notice to legal@vireos.net before the window closes.
