1. How subscriptions work
Certain features of the Vireos Service are offered as paid subscriptions. Depending on where you buy, billing may be handled by a platform (Apple or Google) or by ONE PIXEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED when you pay on vireos.net.
Purchases inside the mobile app. If you subscribe through our iOS or Android app, renewal, receipts, and many cancellation controls sit with Apple or Google. The in-app purchase screen shows the plan length, price, and renewal rules before you confirm.
Purchases on the website. When you subscribe on our site, we (and our payment partners) bill you directly. The checkout page is the source of truth for price, tax, plan duration, and renewal cadence.
United States — two common checkout paths. On phones you might see either (a) a web checkout on vireos.net after following an in-app link, or (b) native in-app purchase billed by Apple/Google. Labels in the app match the path you choose.
If an older Apple-billed subscription is still governed solely by Apple’s policies, the app will explain how to manage it in your Apple ID settings.
Plans renew automatically until you turn off renewal or cancel in the correct store or account area. Each billing cycle you authorize the then-current fee (plus taxes where applicable) until you cancel.
Billing intervals (for example weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and currency are shown at purchase time and may differ by country, platform, or promotion.
2. Billing and payment authorization
You agree that we or our payment partners may charge the payment method you add at checkout, including on each renewal date, until the subscription ends. You must keep your billing details accurate.
We may share limited payment information with processors solely to complete transactions. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees that we do not control.
3. Canceling your plan
Auto-renew continues through the end of the paid period unless you cancel early enough for that platform’s rules. To skip the next charge, cancel before the renewal moment defined by Apple, Google, or our web account tools.
Because each storefront keeps its own subscription record, you must cancel where you originally bought the plan.
- Apple App Store: Disable renewal in Apple ID subscriptions. Apple’s guide: Apple subscription help.
- Google Play: Use Play Store subscription settings. Guide: Google Play help.
- Vireos website: Use the account area (for example subscription settings) to turn off renewal. Web-initiated checkouts follow the same cancellation path once linked to your Vireos account.

You remain responsible for fees already incurred for the active period. After cancellation, access normally continues until the period you paid for ends. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Refunds
- Apple-billed plans: Refund requests go to Apple under their policies.
- Google-billed plans: Refund requests go to Google under their policies.
- Paid on vireos.net: Our Money Back Policy and applicable law apply; we review each request case by case.
Once a period has fully run, we typically cannot refund that time except where the law requires otherwise.
EEA / Switzerland consumers. Mandatory consumer rules may give you a cooling-off or withdrawal right for certain online purchases. Immediate access to digital content can affect those rights. Where withdrawal applies to an ongoing subscription, we may keep a fair portion of any refund that reflects use before you notified us. Statutory deadlines (often 14 days where applicable) still apply.
To withdraw where the law allows, send a clear notice (email is fine) to legal@vireos.net before the deadline.

5. Price updates
We may adjust subscription prices where the law permits. Material increases will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example in-product notice or email) before they take effect, so you can cancel if you disagree.
