Elliot, a reclusive top painter known by the alias ZERO, hides in a coastal lighthouse after being framed for art forgery. Nora, a postgraduate researching the lighthouse imagery in ZERO’s paintings, visits him, unaware of his true identity. Captivated by her raw artistic talent, Elliot takes her in and secretly tutors her. Ambiguity grows between them, yet they hold back due to secrets and an age gap. Meanwhile, his malicious former agent Roland threatens to expose the framed scandal and ruin his market value. Nora accidentally uncovers Elliot’s identity. Feeling deceived, she leaves in anger. Roland leaks the scandal online, plunging Elliot into public condemnation and endangering Nora’s degree. Tired of hiding, Elliot bravely requests a public re-authentication to clear his name, exposing Roland’s conspiracy. He paints a portrait of Nora and leaves an encouraging message at her graduation exhibition. In the end, Nora returns to the lighthouse. Side by side, they paint together, embracing redemption and love.
